- sharp cheddar cheese shredded

- all purpose baking mix
1First I micro the sausage about 25 seconds just to make soft, next add the cheese and kneed together a bit,then add the baking mix slowly and kneed together. just make pinches about size of a golf ball and lay on lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
Make sure cookie sheet has a lip these will for a bit of grease.
2Preheat oven to 350 and bake appx 30 mins till browned lightly.. lay on paper towel to absorb grease off btms then serve ...awesome snack
