|1/2||yellow onion diced|
|2||finely grated carrots|
|2 bunch||cellophane noodles..in the asian isle|
|2 Tbsp||oyster sauce|
|2 tsp||soy sauce...i use golden mountain soy seasoning|
|1 1/2 tsp||garlic salt|
|1 pkg||egg roll wrappers|
|oil for frying|
In a large bowl soak noodles for 10 minutes in warm water.I cut them up after soaking
While noodles are soaking mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then add noodles. Let the meat mixture sit for about 30 minutes.
Use about 2 spoonfulls of the meat in a wrapper..wrap up seal with egg.
Deep fry for about 8 minutes.
