These are aunthentic Vietnamese egg rolls.Most ingredients you can find at your local store.
yellow onion diced
finely grated carrots
cellophane noodles..in the asian isle
soy sauce...i use golden mountain soy seasoning
1 1/2 tsp
egg roll wrappers
oil for frying
1In a large bowl soak noodles for 10 minutes in warm water.I cut them up after soaking
2While noodles are soaking mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then add noodles. Let the meat mixture sit for about 30 minutes.
3Use about 2 spoonfulls of the meat in a wrapper..wrap up seal with egg.
4Deep fry for about 8 minutes.
