Pork Egg Rolls
These are aunthentic Vietnamese egg rolls.Most ingredients you can find at your local store.
cellophane noodles..in the asian isle
soy sauce...i use golden mountain soy seasoning
In a large bowl soak noodles for 10 minutes in warm water.I cut them up after soaking
While noodles are soaking mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then add noodles. Let the meat mixture sit for about 30 minutes.
Use about 2 spoonfulls of the meat in a wrapper..wrap up seal with egg.
Deep fry for about 8 minutes.
