Oriental Meatballs Crunch
canned water chestnuts
low sodium soy sauce, to taste
chow mein noodles, crushed
1Drain water chestnuts; chop.
2Beat 1 egg and milk in bowl.
3Add ground beef, onion, sauces, pepper and waterchestnuts; mix well.
5Beat remaining egg with 2 tablespoons water.
6Dip meatballs in egg mixture; roll in crushed noodles.
7Fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown.
