Ingredients For marys meatballs

1 mdpackage of ground chuck

1 smonion chopped
-
6slices of white bread cut in small pieces

1one egg
-
4 Tbspof worcestershire sauce
-
1 tspred pepper flakes
- SAUCE FOR CROCK POT

1 smketchup
-
1 smyellow mustard
-
2 Tbspvinegar
-
1 1/2 cworcestershire sauce

1 boxdark brown sugar
How To Make marys meatballs

1Mix your ground chuck and onions,bread crumbs,egg,worcestershire sauce,pepper flakes and salt and pepper to your taste

2Mix and roll into balls Put on lined sheet pan bake at 350 for 6 min turn over and bake till brown on top about 3 more min.

3Put your brown sugar worcestershire sauce, mustard,ketchup,vinegar,in the crock pot stir till blended add your meatball cook for 20 min more and put crock pot on warm and serve
