We all love liverwurst around here, even the cats, I can't keep it in the house.
This is a little spread I make for toast or just crackers.
Today I just threw it together and did not add bacon in it, so what you are seeing is just mayo and scallions.

liverwurst
1/2 c
mayo
2 large
scallions, chopped
4 slice
bacon, cooked crisp, and crumbled, optional
