2/3 cquick cooking rice, (minute rice)

1/4 cchopped onion

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

2 Tbspvegetable oil

2 can(8 oz. each) hunt's tomato sauce

1/4 cwater
How To Make jiffy porcupines

1Mix beef, rice(uncooked), onion, seasonings. Form into 1-inch meatballs. Brown lightly on all sides in oil in a 10 inch skillet; drain fat. Add tomato sauce and water combined. Mix well. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
