1Preheat the broiler and set a rack 6 inches from heat source.
2Place a pineapple chunk in each date. Wrap a half slice of bacon around each stuffed date and secure with toothpick.
3Broil 6 inches from heat, turning occasionally, until bacon is crisp on all sides,
Drain on paper towels.
4another way I love to eat the dates, is just stuff the halfs with cream cheese and top with a pecan half. xoxox
