- cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 can(s)
- pineapple chunks
- cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 c
- jelly, red currant
- 1 Tbsp
1heat the grill first. Alernately thread ham,pineapple & tomatoes onto 4 10inch metal skewers.In a small microwave safe bowl. Combine the jelly & mustard. Microwave on high for about 1 to 2 mins or until elly haas melted. make sure to stir to combine.
2Brush 3 to 4 Tbsp of the jelly mixture over the kabobs.
3Place kabobs on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook for about 10 to 12 mins or until thoroughly heated & turn only once.
4Serve with the remaining jelly mixture.
