Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork
2
onions, chopped
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
cloves
1 c
dry bread crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Combine pork, onion, and garlic in pan and simmer over medium heat 1 hour.

2Add cinnamon and cloves and cook 30 minutes more.

3Add bread crumbs and cook 15 more minutes.

4Drain in colander.

5Pack tightly in small containers and refrigerate. Serve cold as a spread for crackers.
