Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground pork
1 c
milk
1 medium
yellow onion, peeled and minced
1 clove
garlic, peeled and minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 pinch
ground cloves
1 pinch
ground allspice
1/4 c
dry bread crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Place the ground pork, milk, onion and garlic into a large saucepan. Season with salt, pepper, cloves and allspice. Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour.

2Stir in the bread crumbs. Cook for 10 more minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste.

3Transfer to a small container and keep refrigerated. Use as a spread on toast points or crackers.
