Every time my husband and I go to a buffet , I always have to have the crab salad. I did not have the use of the internet, so I just started checking out the salad while eating it to figure out what may be used to make it. After a few tries I got pretty darn close and I alternate with other spices for different flavors. It is so good and I have taken it to some bring a dish dinners and always came back empty bowl in hand.

Wow! This dip could be used as an appetizer, spread or on a sandwich. It's easy to prepare and the Cajun spice gives it a slight kick!

How To Make crab salad

  • 1
Chop or break up your crab meat placing it into a large bowl.
  • 2
Dice your celery and toss that in with the crab meat. At this time you can add shredded cheese if you want to as I did when I made this with a extra twist.
  • 3
In a small mixing bowl put the rest if the ingredients and blend together. At this time you could add a pinch of cumin or other spices to change the flavor a bit . I have even used a little SLAP YOUR MAMA spice for a little kick .

Pour the mixture over the crab and celery mix it all together. Refrigerate until chilled and the flavors will come together tasting like the restaurants made it.
