Mix the ground beef with the salt and pepper and break down into small (1 inch) balls.
Take the can of croissants and cut each croissant into 2 pieces. Place a ball in center and seal it up. Makes 16 little cows in blankets. The sweetness of the croissant mixed with the juice from the meat make them awesome.
Bake at 350 until biscuits are golden brown (trust me the meat will be done).
