Corned Beef Cream Cheese Ball

This is always requested by my friends and family. So easy and super yummy! I actually don't make it into a ball shape anymore, but I still call it that.

pinch tips: How to Remove a Yolk


2 8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
4 pkg
budding corned beef
2 stick
green onion
mayonnaise (to taste)
lemon juice (to taste)
worcestershire sauce (to taste)
horseradish (to taste)

Directions Step-By-Step

Allow the cream cheese to soften to room temperature
Chop corned beef and green onions small using a electric chopper
Add corned beef, green onions and a heaping spoonful of mayonnaise to cream cheese and mix together
Mix in lemon juice, worcestershire and horseradish to taste making it tangy
Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour until ready to serve with your favorite crackers
