Ingredients For brat sliders

5 thick slicebacon, chopped

1 lbuncooked bratwurst links, casings removed

1 lgonion, chopped

4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 - 8 oz. pkgcream cheese, cubed

1 cbeer, your favorite (regular or non alcoholic)

1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
16 smdinner rolls, split & toasted

2 ccheddar & sour cream potato chips, crushed
How To Make brat sliders

1In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with a slotted spoon; drain, reserving drippings. Cook bratwurst & onion in drippings over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain.

2Stir in the cream cheese, beer, mustard & pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8 - 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon. Spoon 1/4 C onto each roll; sprinkle with chips. Replace tops.
