2
Pre-heat oven to 350. form meatballs abought 1 inch round. Roll in pretzle, nut mix. Spray a backing pan or cookie sheet with cooking oil spray.Put meatballs on tray. Bake at350 for 20 minutes
3
Wile meatballs are cooking. In a large sauce pan add all sauce ingredients. Set burner for med-high. Wisk everything together till no more chunks..Lower heat to low. Once meatballs have cooked add to sauce.Mix lightly with a spoon to make shure they have been covered with the sauce. serve warm.on a platter.

Bob: What an interesting recipe with pistachios and pretzels in the meatballs, and pineapple preserves, hoisin, oyster sauce, maple syrup, apricot jam, etc. in the sauce. Wow, sounds like it would taste fantastic! How did you ever come up with this mixture of ingredients? I am glad you did, sounds great.. thanks!
