This is an awesome finger food. I've made them for a long time and they are always a hit. I always double the recipe and never have had any leftovers. People can't believe how quick and easy they are. I add some shredded cheese to the cream cheese mixture. My family knows them as Cheesy Bacon Bites and they are a favorite.

I made them this afternoon and they were very good. I thought about putting shredded cheese in them but didn't know if it would work. Glad to hear it would.

Absolutely SINFUL, but I'm going to try it at my next party! I sometimes eat cream cheese and smoked salmon on crackers.. I bet the smoked salmon would be great to roll in there too! I'll have to try that!

I saw this and thought they sounded delicious, but honestly, my husband and I both thought they were a bit bland. Next time, we'll hit our spices and try to add a little more zing. Good appetizer though. Thank you for sharing!
