This is an awesome finger food. I've made them for a long time and they are always a hit. I always double the recipe and never have had any leftovers. People can't believe how quick and easy they are. I add some shredded cheese to the cream cheese mixture. My family knows them as Cheesy Bacon Bites and they are a favorite.

I made them this afternoon and they were very good. I thought about putting shredded cheese in them but didn't know if it would work. Glad to hear it would.

I've made these before but with chopped Hormel Pepperoni.
I'm anxious to try them with bacon!
