buttermilk biscuit, your choice
meatballs, precooked and about 1 inch (2.5cm) in diameter
marinara sauce, your choice
Gather your ingredients.

Chef’s Tip: One of the secrets to these appetizers is a good kicking marinara sauce. Choose something with some bite.
Place a rack in the middle position, and preheat the oven to 350f (175c).
Carefully divide the biscuit in half.
Add about a tablespoon of marinara sauce to the cut surface of both halves.
Place a meatball on top.
Add an addition 1/2 tablespoon of marinara sauce, to the tops of the meatballs.
Cap with a piece of provolone cheese.
Place into the preheated oven, and allow them to bake until the meatballs are warmed through, and the cheese has melted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Chef's Note: As the cheese is melting, it will wrap itself around the meatball... pretty as a picture.
Serve on a nice plate while still nice and warm. Enjoy.
