During the sunny day its enjoyable if we eating refreshment dessert with a lot of benefit on that.

Moreover, no other than an Ice Cream. But girls it makes Fat Ice Cream. So how??

Have you Heard Sorbet? Cociks. Thats really match for people who are dieting but bored with the oldest menu-it just keeps u want to give up and screaming? lol ... Calm down, i have a solutiooon ... Ingredients

250 g
strawberries, fresh
2 Tbsp
lemon extract
4 Tbsp
honey

Step-By-Step

1Make a sortation then cleaning the fruit. Afterwards cut into small pieces.
2Blend the fruit until the water content out.
3Add lemon juice or lemon extract for not blackened frozen sorbet. And Add pure honey to enhance sugar for the sweet taste.
4Mixed all the ingredients. Put it in an airtight container. Cover tightly and input into the freezer. Freeze 30 minutes till 1 hour.
5Remove from the freezer, stir the mixture that has been frozen until dissolved because the temperature of the room (for a softer texture, use a blender).
6Put the mixture back into the container. Freeze up till 3 hours.
7Remove from the freezer again, did return the same thing as before, then freeze 7-8 hours or overnight.
8Add strawberry or mint leaves as a garnish. Sorbet appetizing are ready to serve.
