This recipe was given to me by a friend at my work place many years ago. It was always a hit when she brought it to our holiday parties. It can also be made using regular (not low fat or sugar free) products.
Mix the cream cheese and dry pudding mix together until smooth. Drain fruit cocktail and crush with masher. Add to pudding mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Make into a roll or ball and cover with nuts if desired, or place in a bowl. Serve with graham crackers.
