Ingredients

1 large
pineapple, finely chopped

onion, finely chopped
6 Tbsp
fresh mint, minced
2 Tbsp
minced jalapeno chili
tortilla chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill up to 8 hours. Serve with chips. Makes 7 cups.
