This is a wonderful treat with keeping weight off. It's only 79 calories per serving. This recipe is great with my other recipe,"Potato-Tomato Curry"
Also served over a bed of lettuce as a salad side dish.
This is wonderful summer dish. Enjoy.... "Happy Heart"

Ingredients

2 large
ripe mangoes, pealed
2 tsp
minced fresh gingerroot
2/3 c
lime juice
1 1/2 Tbsp
chopped fresh cilantro

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut mango away from the center pit in slices 1/4 inch thick.
Toss mango slices with the gingerroot,lime juice
and fresh cut cilantro
