Caramel Apple Cheese Ball

- 8 oz
- cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tsp
- brown sugar, light
- 1 Tbsp
- caramel flavoring
- 1 c
- chopped pecans
1Cream cheese, sugar and flavoring with mixer until smooth.
2Form into a ball, and refrigerate for 3 minutes to regain harder consistency.
3Once hardened, roll ball into chopped pecan.
4Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
5Serve cheese ball with apple and/or pear slices or with small bite-sized shortbread cookies.
