I use the word "Empanada" loosely here folks, but cream cheese, sausage and crescent rolls - what's not to love?
breakfast sausage tube (i like bob evans spicy for this recipe)
brick of softened cream cheese
8 count cans of large crescent rolls
1pre-heat oven to 350
2fry sausage over med-high heat and crumble
3drain excess grease and return to pan
4add softened cream cheese to sausage and mix thoroughly
5spoon heaping teaspoon onto wide end of rolled out crescent triangle, roll up loosely as directed on can and bake for 13 - 14 minutes. repeat for remaining dough.
