Turkey Swiss Roll-Ups w/Fire Roasted Red Peppers

toufayan plain wraps
oven roasted chicken breast thin sliced
italian style fire roasted red peppers
drops of hot chili sauce (sriracha)
1Mix a cup or so of Mayonnaise and add 10 small drops of hot chili sauce.
2I only added enough chili sauce to make the mayo a pink color and NOT too spicy! Sauce should be mild!
3Slice up some of the flame roasted Italian Red Peppers.
4Lay a wrap on the board. I used plain Toufayan wraps but they have several different varieties.
5Spoon the mayonnaise mixture onto the wrap.
6Place the oven roasted think sliced turkey breast onto the wrap.
7Add two slices of swiss cheese.
8Place some sliced fire roasted red peppers along the center of the wrap.
9Fold the wrap tight.
10Slice into segments.
