I fell in love with it when someone else made it. So, I played with it a little and added some extra things myself. My students always wants me to bring the dip, when we have parties r just allow them to have refreshments. Also, I helps with the basketball program as well and the team likes for me fix it for them as well. Not to mention my daughters job they loves it too. You can use from 1lb to 2lbs ground beef as you want depends on how many you are preparing for. It's very good with corn chips or tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Ingredients For superbowl dip

  • 1lb
    ground beef
  • 1lb box
    velveeta cheese
  • 2 can
    rot-tel tomato/1mild 1hot
  • 1 box
    cream cheese
  • 1 jar
    salsa, chunky
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • dash
    hot sauce

How To Make superbowl dip

  • 1
    Brown ground beef and drain. Melt velveeta cheese and cream cheese together in a crock-pot or stove top at low heat. Spray your pot with cooking oil so cheese would slide right out. Pour in cream of mushroom soup. Then mix all other ingredients along with ground beef pour in your crock-pot. Let it simmer on medium heat for about an hour then set it on low heat. Keep it stirred.
