  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sifted all-purpose flour

  • 4 oz
    Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 2 oz
    sun-dried tomatoes, minced

  • Water, butter, and salt boiling in a saucepan.

    Combine the water, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  • Completely mix in flour.

    Add the flour and mix well. Cook until smooth, stirring constantly.
  • Flour mixture in a food processor.
