This is the recipe everyone asks me to bring to any function. And it is really easy to make.

Ingredients For shrimp cheese ball

1 pkg(8 oz.) cream cheese or neufatchel cheese, softened

2 cfrozen shrimp, thawed, patted dary & chopped

¼ ccelery, finely chopped

¼ cslivered almonds

2 tsplemon juice
-
¼ tspgarlic powder
-
¼ tsponion salt
How To Make shrimp cheese ball

1Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2Shape into ball and refrigerate for 2 hours. (I use and medium size plastic container that I have lined with plastic wrap. Press the cheese mixture in the bowl, fold over the excess plastic wrap, and put the lid on.)

3Serve with crackers of your choice.

4You can also serve this with cocktail sauce on the side.
