Ingredients For sara mcinnis pimento cheese

2blocks of sharp american cheese grated

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 tsphorseradish

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspheinz 57 sauce

14 oz jar of pimentos chopped drained

1 cmayonnaise
How To Make sara mcinnis pimento cheese

1Grate cheese-add all ingredients and mix with mixer.Store in a glass jar with plastic wrap between jar and lid. Will keep up to 3 weeks in Ref. This is good on sandwiches- stuff celery, on crackers, etc.
