My family loves this. Serve along with any mexican dish, or just by itself for a snack. You can adjust it to your taste by using mild or hot Rotel, but our family likes using original the best. I also love it because it's so easy and quick to throw together! I normally double the recipe for my family.

Ingredients For rotel dip

one tube pork sausage ( i use jimmy dean)

8 oz. cream cheese

one can rotel
-
one bag tortilla chips
How To Make rotel dip

1Brown pork sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain off the grease.

2Return to stove on medium heat and add Rotel and cream cheese, and heat until cream cheese has melted. Stirring occasionally.

3Serve immedately with chips. Refrigerate any leftovers.
