Ingredients For red onion jam and gorgonzola tartlets

1 Tbspolive oil

4 cchopped red onions (approx 2 onions)

3 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 cred wine vinegar

1 tspminced fresh thyme

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 Tbspbrown sugar

2 pkgmini phyllo shells (15 shells each, such as athens)

5 Tbspgorgonzola cheese, crumbled
How To Make red onion jam and gorgonzola tartlets

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Saute onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat, 20 minutes. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. Cook 5 minutes, until most of the liquid as evaporated. Cool.

3Place phyllo shells on pan; spoon 1/2 teaspoon Gorgonzola into each. Top with 1 teaspoon of jam. Bake 10 minutes and serve.
