Quick Parmesan Toasts

This is the easiest, tastiest and quickest appetizer you'll ever make and everybody loves it.
I've been making these for at 30 years and they're always a hit at any event I take them too.
Did I say FAST, too? Great for a Holiday weekend.

Ingredients

1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
parmesan cheese, grated
2
scallions, green tops only
1
baguette

Step-By-Step

1Slice the baguette into thin circles. Spread melted butter (or olive oil) on one side of each slice and toast in a 350 degree oven until golden brown.
2While the bread is toasting. Combine the Parmesan, mayonnaise and scallion tops.
3Spread mayo mixture on the toast rounds.
4Pop back into the oven for 10-15 minutes until brown and bubbly.
5Enjoy!
