Pumpkin Ricotta Tortilla Wraps

This is like a mock pumpkin cannoli. Something I came up with with the little extras I had on hand in my pantry.
This is great for the fall holidays, served for dessert or as appetizers using mini tortillas.

Ingredients

4
flour tortillas
1/2 c
ricotta cheese
2 tsp
canned pumpkin
4 tsp
powdered sugar
1/2 tsp
pumpkin pie spices
1.4 tsp
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Blend with hand mixer all ingredients but tortillas.

Spread 2 tablespoons pumpkin mix in each tortilla and wrap like a burrito.
Place on butter baking sheet, brush with alittle butter and place under broiler, watch carefully, brown for 1-2 minutes.
