These are just like an egg roll... but with an Italian filling!!!
They are much nicer than anything you can buy in the freezer area of the grocery store...
Our family likes these anytime! When we make them to freeze, we make 2 to 4 batches up at a time. When we need a quick snack... we just heat up the oil and fry some up.
This is a fun and easy recipe... enjoy!!!
Have a saucer with water, for dipping finger(s) to moisten the edges of egg roll wrappers for sealing purposes.
*** Eat them as is or heat up some pasta sauce for dipping.
Adding minced up toppings for pizza including veggies.
Ham and Swiss cheese
Turkey and American cheese
Chopped up Beef Stew left overs
Sloppy Joe filling
Beef and Cheese
The possibilities are endless!
*** We Usually make a lot of these and freeze them for a quick meal on the run or for snacks.

We used to make these at BW-3. (Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck) when I was a teenager, I did morning prep there for the whole day, it was only me who did it so I started early in the morning, I did it when I graduated from highschool. We did a pizza one and a southwestern chicken one. I think I use to make like 200 of these every morning M-F.

I can't remember what the specific name of them were, but they sure were yummy. I remember my sister loved the pepperoni ones. I tried to search an old menu when it was just called BW3, but it's changed so much, now they just have southwestern egg rolls. But I remember, the pepperoni, cheese and southwestern which was the chicken and black bean filling. My gosh were they good. I would always make extra and fry them up at home. I can't believe I am having a blank moment as to the snappy name they had for them even though I've probably made thousands of them! LOL!
