Pecorino and honey on crostini, TNT

I made these for a party and they were great.Very easy and very good. I had a bit of a time finding the cheese, but it was worth it. I think this was a Taste of Italia recipe and pic.

12 crostini
12 thinly cut slices of pecorino to fit the crostini, leaving 1/4 inch border of bread uncovered
6 teaspoons honey

Directions Step-By-Step

arrange crostini slices on broiler tray and place a piece of cheese on each. Add 1/2 teaspoon honey to the top of the cheese.
Broil just until honey bubbles and cheese begins to melt, 2 to 3 minutes. Pass them while still warm. Makes six servings.
