Mix sour cream, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Stir in cheese, green onions, ham and chiles. Cut top off bread. Scoop out the center of bread, leaving a shell. Reserve the center portion for another purpose. Spoon cream cheese mixture into shell. Put on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Put on a serving platter. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with assorted crackers or corn chips.
