Tasty spread for crackers. I love to serve this to the ladies with a glass of wine while the men are hunkered down around the big screen. A spread with very sophisticated flavors.

Hi Cheryl, Just came across your recipe and it sounds so good. First time I've come across a spread made with pancetta. Where can I find the creme fraiche? I'm always looking for something new to try out on my family!!!!! I happen to live not far from you. I live in Knightdale, N.C. Just UP or (Down) the road apiece. LOL. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

I have yet to find it in stores but doesn't mean it isn't out there. There are other substitutions given online to mimic cream-franche. Ir you can use sour cream, or Greek Yogurt to substitute.
