Ingredients For mini cheese balls

1 - 8 oz. pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 tsplemon zest, grated
-
1 ccheese (cheddar, parmesan, pepper jack or gouda)

salt & pepper, to taste
- ROLL IN, YOUR CHOICE (OPTIONAL):

pistachio nuts, chopped
-
chives, bunch, chopped
-
tarragon, dried, chopped
-
hulled pumpkin seeds
-
bacon, cooked, crumbled, with paprika
-
almonds, chopped
-
black & white sesame seeds
How To Make mini cheese balls

1Mix all cheese ball ingredients together (except roll in choices). With moistened hands, form into 1" balls, chill 4 hours, then roll in desired toppings.

2Serve with crackers or use as a sandwich spread.
