Ingredients For mini cheese balls

  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1 c
    cheese (cheddar, parmesan, pepper jack or gouda)
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • ROLL IN, YOUR CHOICE (OPTIONAL):
  • pistachio nuts, chopped
  • chives, bunch, chopped
  • tarragon, dried, chopped
  • hulled pumpkin seeds
  • bacon, cooked, crumbled, with paprika
  • almonds, chopped
  • black & white sesame seeds

How To Make mini cheese balls

  • 1
    Mix all cheese ball ingredients together (except roll in choices). With moistened hands, form into 1" balls, chill 4 hours, then roll in desired toppings.

    Serve with crackers or use as a sandwich spread.
