Ingredients For mexican pinwheels

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    chopped black olives
  • 1-7 oz. can
    green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 c
    chopped jalapeno spread **
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped pimento
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped green onions
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 6
    large burrito sized tortillas
  • ** note - you can use more chilies instead of jalapenos to adjust the heat

How To Make mexican pinwheels

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients, except tortillas, until well-blended.

    Spread mixture on flour tortillas and roll tightly.

    Chill several hours or overnight.
  • 4
    Slice each roll into half-inch slices. Serve with salsa.
