Ingredients

dates, sliced open

FILLING

1 c
marscapone
3/4 c
gorgonzola cheese
1 tsp
vanilla
1 tsp
orange zest
1 Tbsp
orange blossom water
2 Tbsp
honey or dark brown sugar

WALNUTS

1/2 c
crushed walnuts
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp
clove
2 Tbsp
sugar, optionally use colored sugar crystals

Step-By-Step

1Allow your cheese to reach room temperature.

2In a mixing bowl, beat your filling ingredients until airy.

3Spoon into dates.

4Take your walnut ingredients and toss in a bowl.

5Gently roll each stuffed date in walnuts.
