1 lb

shredded monterey jack cheese
1 - 8 oz

cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c

finely chopped jalapenos
dash

garlic salt
1 c

finely chopped pecans

How To Make jalapeno cheese log

Mix cheeses together, add jalapenos and garlic salt. Mix until smooth. Chill until firm, about 30-40 min. Shape into 2 logs or 1 big ball. Roll in chopped pecans and chill until ready to serve. Serve with wheat thins or other crackers
