Ingredients For holiday cheese ball

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, 8 oz each
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple, drained. 8 1/2 oz can
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper, chopped very fine.
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped very fine.
  • 1 Tbsp
    season salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped very fine.

How To Make holiday cheese ball

  • 1
    Cream cheese, all ingredients except the pecans. Shape into a large ball and refrigerate until firm. Roll to cover entire ball in the finely chopped pecans.
