  Cut each cheese stick in half

  Insert a pretzel into the uncut end of each half cheese stick.

  With scissors snip a fringe all around the base (or cut end of cheese stick).

  Use a chive at the top of the cheese stick and snip away excess chive after it is tied.
• 5

  Twist and spread fringe as shown. So Cute!!
