Ingredients For greek feta dip (tirokafteri)

300 gfeta cheese (3.5 ounces)

1spicy hot pepper
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
1/2 Tbspwine vinegar (can use more to taste)

1/4 - 1/2 tsporegano
How To Make greek feta dip (tirokafteri)

1put the feta in a bowl with water. Let it stand for 1 hour. Then drain and cut in cubes.

2Grill or fry the pepper,remove the seeds and cut into pieces.

3Put the feta cubes in an electric mixer bowl, add the pepper in pieces and begin beating. Add the vinegar and gradually the olive oil.

4At the end add the oregano and stir.

5It's ready to eat or can be kept covered in bowl in the fridge for up to 5 days.
