Ingredients

1 lb
ground lean chicken
2
eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c
philladelphia garlic-herb cooking creme
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
italian style bread crumbs
1 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp
italian seasonings
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1-1/2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
each, salt & pepper

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet w/ foil, spray foil w/ cooking spray.

2In lg bowl, combine chicken, eggs, cooking creme, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, italian seasonings, garlic powder, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.

3Form mix into 20 meatballs. Place on baking sheet Bake about 20 mins or until juices run clear.
