Joey's Story

KRAFT foods supplied this recipe which makes 4 rolls of a product that Kraft no longer provides. I use the garlic cheese in my Brocolli/Cauliflower dip.

There is no category for this so I submitted it to appetizer as that is where I use it

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 lb
velvetta shredded
3 oz
cream cheese
1 tsp
seasoned salt
garlic power to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

When shredded cheeses are softened mix all ingredients well
2
Divide into 4 rolls and wrap with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator

Sorry! Correction for garlic powder is 3 teaspoons or 1 tablespoon.

If you liked the original Kraft Garlic Cheese Roll, I recommend using 3 tablespoons of garlic powder in this recipe. This recipe saved a beloved family favorite, Garlic Cheese Grits Casserole, from going the way of the dodo bird!
