	loose breakfast sausage-if using italian links remove all casings
	fresh mozzarella balls
	marinated roasted peppers
	marina sauce
	toothpicks for serving

EASY, delicious appetizer! make alot of these! They will go fast!!!

Directions

Pre heat oven to 375

Make a small patty with the sausage and place 1 mozzarella ball and one piece of roasted pepper in center.

Roll into a ball and place on cookie sheet

Bake about thirty minutes or until completely browned

Place balls on toothpick and serve with plenty of marinara for dipping!

Make plenty of these! they go quickly. ENJOY!!
