Thought I made this up, LOL. But after I made, I searched the internet and found others have made. Only thing that makes mine different is I went with a beer cheese. Beer and pretzels belong together ;) I made these vegetarian but of course they would be great with a nice chili sauce. ENJOY!!!!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you're a fan of German beer, then you will love this beer cheese sauce drizzled over soft baked pretzels. There's a light mustard flavor that goes perfectly with the soft pretzels. It's like being at a football stadium and combining your favorite snacks together. A fun twist on typical nachos. Just make sure to serve these immediately while they're nice and hot.
