This is a recipe I discovered through "Relish" Restaurant in GA. I just had to figure out how to minimize the amounts.

Karen Vandevander [KarenV] wrote "For Rose Hillier, who asked for a horseradish sauce..."
Directions
Mix all the above in a large bowl(except the flour, buttermilk and breadcrumbs) till it is smooth, then roll into small meatball sizes
Then refrigerate for about an hour.
Then refrigerate for about an hour.
Then take 3 bowls out and put the flour in one bowl, buttermilk in another and then Panko breadcrumbs in the third. Take each ball and roll them in the contents of the bowls - in that same order; set them aside. While doing this you can heat a pot of oil for frying.
Take 2-3 balls at a time and fry them for about 1 minute until golden; drain on paper towels.
I would serve this with horseradish dipping sauce.

Then in #2, you say, Then take 3 bowls out and put flour in one bowl, buttermilk in another and then Panko breadcrumbs
Question: is that the same ingredients in #2 that you already mixed in with #1 because that's what is written? Surely you don't mix the bread crumbs & buttermilk & flour all in with the cheese??? Please advise on this.
