|1||10 oz can refrigerated pizza crust, like pillsbury|
|2 c||reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese, divided|
|4 large||plum tomatoes, thinly sliced|
|2/3 c||light mayonnaise|
|1/4 c||grated parmesan cheese|
|2 tsp||dried basil|
|1 tsp||minced garlic|
Heat oven to 3755. Lightly spray a lg, rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll dough into a 10" x 15" shape and place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle dough w/ 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Place tomato slices over cheese. In bowl, combine remaining mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and reemaining ingredients.
Stir well and spread mix over tomato slices. Bake 20 mins, or until golden.
