10 oz can refrigerated pizza crust, like pillsbury
reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
grated parmesan cheese
1Heat oven to 3755. Lightly spray a lg, rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll dough into a 10" x 15" shape and place on baking sheet.
2Sprinkle dough w/ 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Place tomato slices over cheese. In bowl, combine remaining mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and reemaining ingredients.
3Stir well and spread mix over tomato slices. Bake 20 mins, or until golden.
