Drema's Spicy Cheese Ring Mold

This makes a pretty and spicy appetizer. I mold this in a large ring mold so it comes out looking like an over-size donut!

For smaller crowds you can simply use a smaller mold. Scoop or pour the preserves over the top or place along side and arrange crackers to your liking. (Use premium RED RASPBERRY PRESERVES only) The flavor is outstanding together!

This is best accmpanied with Red Raspberry Preserves and some nice unflavored crackers or flatbreads.
